Peace Island Park is located in Taylor along the Peace River. The Municipal Park and Campground
is open May to August. Offers 99 campsites; 39 dry sites and 60 sites with electric, water and
sewer hookups.

This is an exceptionally clean and well kept campground and it is also very popular with the locals too. The trick to finding a campsite here is to arrive early on weekdays and very early on a friday or saturday in June through September. The campground is also popular with boaters looking to enjoy the fishing on the Peace River. Peace Island Campground is located on the southern side of the Peace River with easy access to the Alaska Highway.
